Privacy notice
Privacy at setpat.com.
We respect your privacy. This page explains exactly what setpat.com does with your data. If you have questions, write to hello@setpat.com.
What we collect
Nothing on this site by default. setpat.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. Open the developer console and check.
What loads from third parties
- Bunny Fonts serves typography (Outfit, JetBrains Mono). Bunny is a privacy-respecting font CDN that does not use cookies or transmit personal data beyond the IP address required to deliver the font file. Hosted in the EU.
- Vercel hosts the static site. Server access logs include IP address, timestamp, and requested URL, retained for security and operations. No personal profile is built.
What happens when you contact us
- Email (hello@setpat.com): hosted on Google Workspace. Your message + email address are processed by Google as our data processor for the purpose of replying to you. We do not share your details with third parties.
The Launchpat daily brief email
- What it is: account holders of our Launchpat product receive a daily brief email per product they add — a summary of that product's signals, drafts and results. It is part of the service they sign up for.
- Delivery: Resend processes the recipient address and message content as our email delivery processor.
- Click measurement: clicks on brief links are recorded (link type, time, product, browser user-agent) to improve the brief. No open-tracking pixels. Click records are deleted after 90 days.
- Opt out: every brief carries an unsubscribe link (one-click in supporting mail clients) plus a per-product toggle in the app; unsubscribing takes effect before the next send.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Site delivery and security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Email correspondence and form submissions: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in replying to inbound inquiries, and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) where your message concerns a possible engagement.
- Launchpat daily brief email: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — the brief is a feature of the service the account holder registered for.
